don't spray your skin with lysol, it's very toxic and you can DIE from too much of it. do a google search for death lysol. use isopropyl alcohol instead, you can get it almost anywhere.
if your jars aren't colonizing after two weeks, then it's time to worry. most common problems are low temperatures in your incubator, lack of moisture in your jars, or innoculating jars when they're still hot.

ok the temp is perfect for colonization.... now when yo say hot.. does that mean it has to be cold or room temp to inoculate cause when i waited for them to cool down from the pressure cooker, i waited till they were room temp, they were definatly not hot.. so im hoping these are just late bloomers... thank you very much for the info.

cool, room temp is what you want. some people get impatient and inoculate their jars too soon. hope you start seeing something soon. peace

What strain are you using? It can be slightly dependent on that. Some strains you'll see almost full colonization in 6 days, while others have just formed a few fluffy spots.
6 days is normal though. You should start seeing growth tho in a few days from now. If none in 2 weeks then you might want to start over. Good luck
