New Hampshire - Shrooms

As of recently, theres been a large amount of shrooms in my area (New Hampshire) I've tried a couple chocolate cakes of them, and tripped very hard. I currently live on a large amount of land, (50+ acres and then i've got the other side of the road which is all forest 100+ acres, and even a large mountain which is public property infront of my house, which has thousands of acres of lands on it. ) I'm looking to get into mushroom hunting, i think this could be very valuable but I'm really not sure what i'm looking for. I took a walk around a couple hundred feet of my land and found MANY various types of mushrooms, But i'm not really sure which ones will make me trip, and which ones will straight up kill me. I'm looking for Pictures and Prints of the types of mushrooms that could be native to new hampshire and actually "fuck me up." I'm suspended from school on tuesday so i'd like to make a whole day out of hanging out in the woods and collecting mushrooms (as many as possible) If anyone could help me, and point me in the right direction, I'd be very happy.. I'm going to harvest feast in maine this weekend so i'm looking to bring some shrooms with me :]

So many look alike,you will not find any actives by "this weekend" .
Im sure you will find some poisonous ones tho.Do some research.

Be Safe But have fun hunting.

As above, be extreamly wary of anything you find. Make aboslutely damn sure it's IDed properly before ingesting.

And if you're coming up to Harvest Fest (gotta love Harry Brown's :smile: ) you really don't need to bring your own, you can pretty definitely find some around.

I once heard Paul Stamets say something around the lines of "If it bruises blue, and has a purple veil\skirt, its psychoactive"

He was saying how 90% of psychoactive fungi will bruise blue and have them purple-skirts... but no non-active or poisonous fungi will do both of these things.

I wouldn't use this as a substitution for a picture + descriptive field guide, but merely as a supplement.  :thumbup: :mushroom2:
