How long should i wait?

5 days after inoculation an EQ jar was 100% colonized on the outside + bottom . how long should i wait to birth it?

i used the pf tek, brf+verm the jar is at day 10 right now :smile: im hoping i can birth anytime...

I would give it 4-5 days just to make sure... What strain is it?..
10days?... thats pretty fast for the Pf Tek!..

it was EQ. and i used about 5cc of a thick syringe to inoculate a 1/2 pint jar(my thought at the time was that i better use a lot of spores so the mycelium would grow fast and reduce the risk of contams which invaded all of my other jars so far) And instead of just inoculating in a little in 4 holes, i just swooshed the needle around the entire jar in one continuous thick stream and i injected 1cc directly into the middle if the substate. This caused the growth to be very even and thick.
