Wierd shaped things.

more of the same kind hiding under bark.

Surpised to see how long the stems where on them things compared to how much was sticking out of the log.

My guesses:

The first one could be Polyporus Squamosus
(http://home.wanadoo.nl/abiemans/e_polyp_squa.html)

Second: Coprinus (micaceus ?)

Last: Trametes (Coriolis) vesicolor
It's very variable in shape and color - compare this two links:

http://www.uoguelph.ca/~gbarron/BRACKET/trametes.htm

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.
