Just due to the fact that the USPS is tied with the US government doesn't make me feel comfortable. I've never had a problem with UPS.
As for Western Union. (Assuming you are sending money) You can anonymously send money by using a fake name/address on the 'From:' portion on the form you fill out. However, if something happens or you want a refund, you won't be able to do anything because they will ask for an ID, or I think you might be able to change the name/address on the form (for either the From or To portion) by calling from the same phone number you put down on the form when you filled it out at the WU center. Puttin down your real phone number is like putting down your real information though..
Keep in mind that spores and prints are legal. Your main concern is making sure no organism in this universe knows what you're doing. Cheers..

USPS mail is protected by federal law, UPS is not. That means if they want to open your mail, they have to be ready to adhere to a huge set of federal guidelines, whereas UPS simply has to adhere to their terms of service which you inherently agree to by contracting their services.
Like I said, read postmaster's entries for information on this topic.

UPS/FedEX/DHL can open any package for any reason. USPS needs a warrant.

Ive had nothing but problems with Western Union in the past couple months. IMO it'd be better to do a money order and post it.

Sorry, but company policy is to not open a package. We arent even supposed to acknowledge whats inside a package when it opens accidentally, which happens all the time. You arent supposed to read papers or look at the product. Just throw it in the box and tape it up. Nobody here gives two shits what you fucking send.

USPS- I've had some Purely Amazing things sent to me. Never a Prob. And I use them for regular items, also. During the holidays, we play P.O. lottery. Where I live, It's Impossible to get fast ship times. Last x-mas, we sent a heavy package to familly members...paid $52( !!) for the fastest ship available, I think 2 days. Gauranteed. Lo, it was a 3 days 'tll they got it. I went and got $52 back in cash from P.O. Free Ship. Peace

UPS ....... if this is a vote.
1 Nobody there gives a shit about what's in the box. 2 If they find drugs, it will make the news. They really don't want that publicity. Why is UPS going thru boxes? 3 UPS is more reliable than mailman. 4 They don't have time to go thru boxes or check on things.
Just double and triple pack it with an addy on each pack. Those usps tyvek envolopes make a good inner layer.

I'd had 1 or 2 packages opened by UPS before. There wasn't anything suspicious about them on the outside either.

WASHINGTON — President Bush quietly has claimed sweeping new powers to open Americans' mail without a judge's warrant.
Bush asserted the new authority Dec. 20 after signing legislation that overhauls some postal regulations. He then issued a "signing statement" that declared his right to open mail under emergency conditions, contrary to existing law and contradicting the bill he had just signed, according to experts who have reviewed it.
A White House spokeswoman disputed claims that the move gives Bush any new powers, saying the Constitution allows such searches.

Recently the government (either State of Federal, I forget) tried to crack down on Indian reservations mailing out cigarettes. All companies e.g. UPS, FedEx, etc. complied. However, USPS didn't comply on the basis that it was a violation of the senders & receivers rights.
Just some food for thought

im guessing you work for UPS?.. same company i was most reccently employed with
UPS is by far the best shipping company, both domestic and international.
just to echo what he said.. even if we found a package containing an illegal substance we arent supposed to acknowledge it.. retape it and send it on its way.

UPS opened a non-suspicious and well sealed package I sent mine several months ago, and the recipient said it came re-sealed in customs tape. I'm wondering what caused that.
