Sporechicks - Update

Howdy folks,

I'm one of the idiots that went and ordered blindly from Sporechicks (I should have know better that the website had not been updated in a year).

Anyway - After reading some posts here tonight I sent out a terse email to the webmaster@sporechicks.com address.

Imagine my suprise when I received a reply about 30 minutes later.

The response was apparently from a guy named "Brent" who says that he was the webmaster "and NOTHING else" and now he cannot access the site because "they" changed the password - but mail-forwarding is still sending him the webmaster@sporechicks.com mail.

(This is somewhat curious as I sent one email to this webmaster address a couple weeks ago and got no response. Hmmm....)

Anway - This Brent dude says that I need to contact James/Jim Dir or "Beth" to resolve my problem. He also said "good luck" getting in touch with them because they have not returned any of his emails or phone calls in over a year.

So.. I'm gonna try to call this Jim Dir fellow tomorrow with the phone number listed in the sporechicks.com DNS record.

I live in Texas and its about a 3 hour drive to Arlington. I may have to pay these people a visit and demand my money back when I go to FortWorth next month.

FYI - email messages to comes back as undeliverable. "Name service error for home.com: Host found but no data record of requested type"
