This is my first time growing so I have a question for ya'll experienced growers. I have 3 casings. Two of them have 2 1/2 pint jars of hawaiins in each and the other casing is of eq's with 3 1/2 pint jars in the casing. They recently just started pinning about last friday. Each casing has a lot of little mushrooms growing, would say about 10 -15 each for the hawaiins and 10-15 for the eqs. On one of my hawaiin casings this morning I noticed how the dark orange cap that they all have had turned brighter orange for 2 of the mushrooms in the casing. The mushrooms were only like 2-3 inches tall, very small. Well when I returned from work today the two that had turned brighter orange, the caps were open and it looks like the veil is broken. The shrooms are only like 3 inches with little stems and the cap is about the size of a penny, im pretty sure the veil is broken but the gills aren't black or anything. Should I go ahead and pick these off since to me it looks like they are finished, but why have those 2 finished so quickly. All the other shrooms are still dark orange but I do have some that are taller than the ones that are finshed but their caps are still closed. Sorry if this sounds confusing but all im asking is how come those 2 have finished way early, and do ya'll think the others will finish that quick too? I would like some bigger mushrooms than 3 inches. Everything in my chamber is correct that I can see. 92% humidity, fan 3 times a day, and have a air pump that runs into the chamber. Im using perlite as humidfication and with that I have to open a crack in the lid to let the air pump push the some humidity out to keep it at 92%. And they are cased with coco coir. Other than those 2 early birds everything else seems fine, so is it just b/c some mushrooms will finish early or what?
