MEA and supplies

Hey everyone.

I have been becoming very intrested in the advanced technique of mycelium culture, cloning, and grain. I want to start using MEA agar, which I believe looks like the most popular among the shroomery. I just had a few questions reguarding the process of doing culutres and cloning.

1) What are the supplies needed. So far I can think of : a glovebox, petri dishes, MEA powder, scapels, alcohol burner, and a pressure cooker....is there anything else I would need?

2) Where is a good tek using MEA. Looks like 7 grams per 1 liter of water. Is that all that is needed?

3) Do I need any specific labratory supplies?

if you have a gram scale i would recommend you make your own, the first time i made both MEA and PDYA it turned out great! I would get both powders if you are going to order it also. I dont use a golvebox either (yet) and i have about a 10-20% contam rate, pretty annoying but i am too lazy to make one still.

oh... and you will need distilled water, quart jars (or something to PC it in), and poly-fil but those are easy
