LC without syringe

Is it possible to inculate grain without using a syringe(As i cant get one without a health condition). Can i just drill a hole and tip it threw the hole onto the grain in a glove box, or will the risk of contam be to high?

Using sterile conditions in a glovebox, you can open the grain jar just as much as you have to and drop spores in with a flamed sterile/cooled knife tip.
Are you doing LC or grain? Your subject title conflicts with your question.
Syringes are easy to acquire without a "health condition". The ones you would get from a doc are too small.

Just lift the lid and quickly pour the solution in the top of the jar. Replace the lid as quickly as possible. Use a glovebox and work fast.
