has anyone tried this grain? It's a very small grain. http://www.ameritech.net/users/macler/teff.html has some info. A verm flour experiment hasn't shown anything but only 3 days old. The nutrition boasts seem promising. Would straight millet be a better choice maybe?

It is used to make injera, ethiopian bread.. It is pronounciation is difficult:
The T is a harsh, allmost spat sound. It is allmost like the sound of a high hat.
the rest is easy alone, ev (not a fffff sound but like EV in EVer(you actually add a bit of a ff sound to the V and after it).
putting it together is hard, as the T sound requires you to close your larynx in order to create enough pressure to make the T sound untill you are able to capture a bubble of air with your tongue on the top of your mouth, and use that.
