Why are they cutting all the "Recruiting and Advertising" budgets?
Aren't they still having trouble reaching recruitment goals?
Not that "they" were the best planners for the future in the first place...

I was just shocked when a saw a 40% drop in the Army recruiting budget, but if they've got it figure out, good for them.
