...how would you split it up into seperate doses?
I'de make some 2,2.5,3 and 3.5 gram bags.

why the need to split up doses? just munch outta the bag whenever you feel the urge 
but if you really wanna arrange 'em in piles..
1 - 2g
4 - 2.5g
3 - 3g
2 - 3.5g

I think I'd split it up into 5 gram bags, those are the quantities I buy right now and they are perfect imho: the full bag for a hard trip with blending of objects and senses, time distortion, but without the serious mindfuck like ego loss or out of body experiences. Those aren't things I wanna do much anyway 
Split the bag in two for some fun with a friend, or for two trips alone. Take a bit less than half for just some inspiration or a bit more than half for a more visual and/or psychological trip.
But if I had one ounce of shrooms I don't think I'd split it up actually. I'd just take the amount from it I want at that time. But if I had to split it up, I'd go for bags with 5 grams.

1 - 1/4
4 - 1/8
1 - 2 g
1 - 5g

28 one gram dosages. This way one would take near precisely the amount he wanted, and avoid all risk of getting the things confused and taking the wrong baggie or some other such bullshit.

FUCK no, i wouldn't really do that, i'd invite some close friends over, rent some tripped out movie, and prepare for some crazy adventure outdoors.. and eat the whole damned bag!! it'd be sweeeeet
