no sign of pins in jars

i've got some pf style jars, and from what i've read it's time to birth when you start to see pins forming in the jars. they have to be fully colonized, so is it cool to dunk,roll and put in the FC or not?

actually about 2-3 days after you get 100% of y0ur jar,
dunk it and case/fruit it, either way.
Not pin maybe a sign of being dry,
also the temp and air exchange can cause pining,
many reasons, taking them outta the jar after that 2-3 to get the
cake solid. Put them in a FC and go.

someone correct me if im wrong though.
