 How much DMT per Qrt Jar?

Using Qt's extraction a decent amount of dmt crystals were extracted from 120g's of mimmosa hostilla rootbark? How much should be mixed in to the substrate - I'm mixing one colonized qrt jar per suare tin (12*10*4in) with one qrt of worm casting - crumbling the cake in with castings - how much powdered dmt should be mixed with pasturized worm casting before mixing with qrt jar? (DMT was sampled and is very strong- Company I purchased from claimed rootbark was
.8-.9% when tested at university)

I understand the concept of converting into 4-ho-Dmt..But seriously...You got DMT!
Why not just keep the DMT and smoke it??

well lets see, ideally, with 120 g rootbark at .8% n,n,dmt (by mass i assume?), we have 0.96 grams of dmt. however lets assume that a little was lost in the extraction. i would guess that this person has about 750 mg DMT?
was i right?
(by the way, this doesn't include other impurities in the extract)

search this thread for threads with titles including dmt, enhanced psilocybin production, substrate additions etc...
this has ben discussed several times before and there are scientific references that show that dmt is not biologically availiable to the organism when provided in the substrate.
that being said, have fun experimenting.

According to Gartz, 'psilocyn levels in cubensis from cow dung and rice (2:1) were low (0.1%). These could be raised up to 3.3% with the addition of 25 millimolars of tryptamine into 10 grams of substrate.'
IMO the best way to potentiate your mushrooms with DMT, is take a hit, post peak on a mushroom tryp.

I think the dr hit the nail on the head.
Even if you could increase the potency of the shrooms 10 fold, why bother? It's a lot easier to just grow 10X as many shrooms than it is to get 750 mg of DMT. As easy as it is to grow shrooms, I can't think of a single cultivator who wouldn't trade a couple ounces for a gram of DMT. Which is what you are doing, trading dmt for shrooms, when you can already grow shrooms. Seems silly.
Now, how about PMing me some info on the DMT? A link to the extraction would be nice, I didn't think it was really that easy to get actual crystals. Everybody I've spoken to said, organic sources great for ayahuascua, useless for smoking in hopes of achieving a full flash. And also the source fo the rootbark which I don't think you can post publicly. Thanks.

Hmm, you should have used Acacia bark (.71%NN-DMT).
And, I'm sorry to inform you, but whoever you got the mimosa hostillis root bark from lied to you. Mimosa hostillis contains .57%NN-DMT.
If anyone here knows of a place to get acacia bark, email it to me here, cause I've been looking for that stuff for over a year!!
The pink elephant made some DMT crystal from it a few years ago, and it was the shiznit!! But, the company that used to sell it no longer carries it 
And guess what? Acacia bark was the wood used to build the Ark of the Covenant! Hmmm. . . . what could it mean?
