You forgot the most british word: "wanker", a word you always hear when the british drink beer or watch soccer. Or don't get fast service, or pretty much whenever remotely appropriate.

It has a good ring to it, the sound of it alone works well for confrontational exclamation

it's "mews" not "muse"!!!!

http://www.chambersharrap.co.uk/chambers/features/chref/chref.py/main?title=21st&query=mews

there are a very large number of british colloquialisms that baffle north americans. there are fewer north american colloquialisms that confuse brits coz we are so intelligent.

only joking

it's coz north americans are so dumb

joke again! honest. this time i'll be straight with ya! its coz we get exposed to a great deal of north american culture (tv, films, music etc) the reverse flow of such stuff is more limited.

You englishmen are so funny.
In America, when we say "bloody", it's because something is bleeding.

I admit, some people in England sound stupid, with shit like 'seen', 'innit' and the one that you Americans should be glad you don't have in your culture is 'Janos' (guess its Jah Knows but most of the black kids and all of the fucking little wigger wannabes don't know anything about it and just use it in every fucking conversation).
Still, the way we are portrayed to you may sound stupid, but the majority of people don't say shit like that (although it is very fucking close and its getting scary to talk to someone because you don't have a clue what they're saying sometimes).
Its just like when Americans are portrayed in England, we think that you sound stupid and are stupid. But I'm sure there's alot of you who aren't like that.

> the one that gets me every time is "queue"

I love the word queue... the word "queueing" has the most consecutive vowels in any English word.

> it's "mews" not "muse"!!!!

  I knew I was speeling it wrong, but I wasn't sure what was correct.  Thanks!
