I just got "Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World" dilivered to me, I am glad i finally got another book to read, i have been on a learning binge about mushrooms every since last season. Do any of you have any suggestions on good books that are worth it to buy and where to buy them? I am trying to learn as much as posible!

Thats the stamets book right? My suggestion is a wide range book to start with, like the "audubon field guid to mushrooms of the northwest". That will raise your overall knowledge and expose you to the wide range of mushrooms you will find out there. Then i would get one of MJshroomers book if you want something very specific on the psilocybes of the pacific northwest. IMO tho, you dont really need a psilocybe specific field guide with all the rocking sites out there, including this one which CANT be beat. RAWK

How cheap can one get. Black and white photos suck.. So this is how you saved your money for your Hong Kohn and China trip?

Hi, you can order one fromme. They are now $15.00, 12 color photographs and 35 in black and white, describes 18 species and has history treatment for overdose, drying and preserving and how to when to and where to.

The oldest selling guide to magic mushrooms.

send $15.00 and $1.50 shiping and handling to:
, P.O. box 45164, Settle, 98105,

Amazon.com lists them but the mailing address at their business is no longer valid.

"Audubon field guid to mushrooms of the northwest"?
I've only seen the "Audubon Field Guide to North American Mushrooms".
Am I behind in the times, or are we talking about the same book here? If so, then bummer. If not, then as soon as I here more about this new book, I'm hitting the Barnes and Nobles with a quickness! Hehe!
Let me know.
Stay cool!-Levi7.

There is no Audobon field guide to pacific northwet mushrooms. There is only the Gary Lincoff (editor) edition which he edited.
