when the weather becomes warm could i go to a cow pasture and take home a patty. put the patty on a tray outdoors and inject with spores? would mushrooms grow? is there any sort of set up like this that can be done outdoors?

You could go get some cow poo though.
Then you have to pasturize the poo.
You would have to spawn the cow poo with a substrate....not spores.

You might want to do some reading on this.
