if its very dark at all you could easily get 4 or 5 it makes no sense to make syringes insanely dark.....

10 syringes from a spore print the size of a penny? you must be smokin some good crack.. maybe two if you're lucky, i'd just do one... and yes, darker syringes do colonize faster.. i've put this to the test myself several times.
