I can't believe you're even asking this. If you've done any reading at all, and you know that lime is used to raise thepH of casing products, and if you know where to buy casing products (such as peat), then with just a tiny amount of thought, you'll have your answer.

If you have a True Value hardware store around they will have it in the seed and garden area.
If they don't have it.....they will order it in for you.
They have ordered in for me several things......I love them people.

Calcium carbonate(= agricultural limestone flour, NOT dolomitic limestone flour) is better suited for casing preparation.
