Ecuador 2nd flush pics w/ question

The question is why are the caps green on those two? Also I assume it's not harmful but if someone could confirm or deny I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

They aren?t green, they are bluing. In combination with the yellow of the cap the color appears green.
