Psilocybe, Panaeolus, or Psathyrella?

There are some little guys growin in my yard, about 4-6cm tall with maybe a 2cm diam cap. There are brown, fading to a light brown when dried. There is no seperable pellicle. The edge of the cap on some of the older ones will sometimes start to curl up,but the most often seen shape is obtusley conic, hemispheric, to broadly umbonate. It has dark purple to black print, and a brownish purplish print if the print is fairly light. It matches everything in stamets book up to the Panaeolus/Psythyrella part.

What do you guys think? and is Psythyrella poisonous, ill search this in a second neway.

btw: i live in the northwest, washington state to be more exact, it was found in my yard which is very well taken care of. Ill see if the spores fade in sulfuric acid.

K i put a little bit of conc. sulfuric acid on the spores and there was no change in appearance, besides getting all wet and acidy :wink:. Looks to me like that would mean they are Panaeolus, and from lookin at Panaeolus pictures seems like Panaeolus Foenisecii. What are you guyses thoughts

Edit: The stem nor cap bruise blue upon contact, so im thinking that seperates it from the psilocybe containing Panaeolus Subbalteatus

Sounds a bit small to be psatherylla. Pann. foen. seems closer. Sometimes the spore prints are pretty dark brown, but purple :confused:
