I've got him on two teams.

I say no, but honestly I'm not sure. I know both his hammies are fucked, and he's a speed WR.

One squad I've got silly good receiving, and the other not so much.
I reckon I'll play him on the good WR and bench him on the other, good strategy?

If you have a solid WR option other than him, I would sit him. If you've got someone who maybe isn't such a big name as Steve SMith but who is a primary receiver and is up against a defense weak against the pass..

Well, my thought is, on my strong receiving core team, to start him and hope he plays (well), and if he doesn't, hope my other WRs make up for it.
While on my weaker team (still pretty good receiving) to bench him.

Another questtion:
Tren Green versus a pick-happy cincy secondary or Brees versus browns?

Even if he plays, with a hamstring injury you think he's gonna be able to get that burst of speed to break free of his defenders and catch the long ball? Doubtful. If you want fantasy points, start another WR.
