When was the last time you had both your knees, touching [both] your shoulders?

This morning during Hatha Yoga @ 6:45 am. I like it even better when I get my Lady's knees to her shoulders.

At this precise moment, it makes it damn hard to type and I'm getting a backache, so I think I'll stop now.

"Classical Ethical Guidelines
Yamas: (Behavior restraints.) Ethical guidelines for the yogi pertaining to her relationship with others in society, the outer environment, or Nature. All the yamas apply to actions, words, and thoughts.
Ahimsa (Non-harming): Loving kindness to others, not blocking or obstructing the flow of Nature, compassion, mercy, gentleness. Non-violence. Satya (Truthfulness): Being genuine and authentic to our inner nature, having integrity, honesty, being honorable, not lying, not concealing the truth, not downplaying or exaggerating. Truthfulness. Asteya (Non-stealing): Not taking what is not yours—money, goods, or credit. Not robbing people of their own experiences and freedom. Non-desire for another’s possessions, qualities, or status. Non-stealing. Brahmacharya (Walking or having ethical conduct like God): Relating to another with unconditional love and integrity, without selfishness or manipulation. Practicing sexual moderation, restraining from sexual misconduct, and avoiding lustful behavior. Celibacy/chastity. Aparigraha (Non-clinging): Non-grasping, non-receiving, non-possessiveness, voluntary simplicity, not accumulating things beyond what is necessary, non-attachment to possessions, greedlessness. Non-covetousness."
'Yama' is the first limb of classical Ashtanga or Eight-Limbed Yoga. It is all about ethics preparatory to the practice of internal techniques. Do you also attend church/synagogue/mosque/temple to "pick up women"?

Do you do yoga just to get your sexual kicks?

while visiting nyc during the last couple weeks, my buddy who lives there surprised me with a ticket to see the off-broadway show "Jewtopia". i wouldn't have chosen to see it, but what could i do other than graciously accept the ticket? anyways, the show opened up with two former buddies in high school running into each other at a single's night at synagogue, with one winding up grilling the other as to whether he was really jewish. he finally confesses he isn't, but is crazy for jewish women that will make all his decisions for him (oy!).. the jewish boy can't fathom his fetish, as he desires the whole pop star brtiney trip despite the fact that his culture would never allow him one of those shiksa chicks... thus begins their misadventures in helping each other obtain their true oombop shebam heart throb infatuations.
there's no point here, i'm just in one of those anecdotal moods.

-------------------- Everything is better than it was the last time. I'm good. If we could look into each others hearts, and understand the unique challenges each of us faces, I think we would treat each other much more gently, with more love, patience, tolerance, and care. It takes a lot of courage to go out there and radiate your essence. I know you scared, you should ask us if we scared too. If you was there, and we just knew you cared too.
