The PF TEK is known to grow weaker mushrooms, If you were using a different Substrate like Hpoo you would find the potency to be of a higher quality

B+ and tiny doesn't often go together
(grown bulk wbs spawned to coir)
but B+ can throw out some relatively bigguns even on half pint cakes:

nor has potency been a problem
there's a lot of factors that come into play of course. pf-tek is only "known to grow weaker mushrooms" because its mostly newbies using multispore inoculations growing pf-tek. there's nothing inherently wrong with brown rice. if you isolate good genetics, you're going to get potent mushrooms regardless if they're grown on rice or poo or anything really. there's of ways to do this, mainly cloning and isolation on agar... it can be difficult or it can be easy, do some research and see if a method is within your reach... and from there it takes some trial and error and patience to go through a few grow cycles before you really find something that works.
mycojars are convenient but when you prepare your own jars you know exactly what goes into them... something to consider...
and you still haven't really described your fruiting conditions. size is mainly tied to substrate depth and moisture availability. of course with cakes your substrate is pretty much a set size so all you can do there is dunk. did you? and what were the rest of your growth parameters? all i see there is what looks to be a small perlite humidified container with may or may not even be an entire cake. how did you provide fresh air exchange? give us some more info and we can give you more info
all that aside, how much did you take? a bunch of tiny little mushrooms like that couldn't have added up to a very big dose even if you ate 'em all.
