Does anyone know where i can buy a calibrator to calibrate my scale pointer on my scope's eyepiece??

Since you only need it for a few minutes and they are very expensive, try borrowing one from a local University. Mycology clubs also tend to have one for such purposes. They are called a stage micrometer and you want one with at least 10 micrometer increments. They are basically just a glass side with a tiny ruler engraved on it.

Why would you need to do this? If you know the magnification and the size of the reticle then it should be easy to figure out the measurements.
I did a search and see that there is some mention of using a micrometer, but I don't see why you would need to do it. There's no adjustment to calibrate it and I don't see how it would ever get off.
On the scopes I've used the reticle reads in um @ 1000X. Just do the conversion for different powers. Unless there's something seriously wrong with your scope there shouldn't be any problem.

It isn't that simple. The reticle doesn't have units, just regular increments. You need to calibrate the reticle for your particular scope to determine the units as viewed though the objective. Once this has been done for each magnification it doesn't change.
And I don't think bluemeanie has a reticle anyway and is just wanting to find the width of a built in objective pointer.

I got my stage micrometer and eyepiece fitted with an eyepiece graticule in the mail from a company in NZ called Microimaging ltd for around $250, they were very helpful, their site is www.microscope.co.nz, they may have a branch over there that could help you out. They sent me two eyepieces and the stage micrometer to test out and advised me to send the micrometer back after calibration but I plan to get a more powerful eyepiece soon so I kept it for further calibration! good luck inski.
