Mushroom lemonade anyone?
    #603004 - 04/09/02 06:34 AM (15 years, 9 months ago)

I read somewhere that it is possible to extract psilocybin using acids. In that case the recipe is as follows. In a stainless steel pot warm slightly but do not boil a quantity of lemon juice made from extract. Cut up some mushrooms into fine pieces and soak them in the lemon juice. Every half an hour turn the burner on only for a few seconds. Just keep the brew warm. You have to be able to stick your finger in there. When you get tired of tickling the burner cool the mixture and put it in a jar in the fridge for a week. Use the juice to make lemonade by straining a bit through a tea strainer. Dump the mushrooms back into the jar. Serve the lemonade in a tall glass on ice with a sprig of mint.

I've been having psilly dreams lately
