Ok i have completed my whoel seltup. Just need to fine tune it a little here and there as i go. should be no biggy. Here are the pics of everything i have so far.
This First one is of the glve box that i made yesterday. Works alright so far will know soon enough.
This one is of my grow chamber and in the left of the picture is my humidifier / exchanger. Works awsome so far.
This one is of my humidifier / air exchanger.
This is my incubator. Temp ranges from 80 - 85 degrees. In the center is a vase filled with water and the submerible heater in the middle gives off the perfect amount of heat.but fluxuates with the outside air temp.

same cake differnt angle. there are more fruiting all over this cake just startin a little late. But there growing.
three casing one with overlay the one on the far right has a little contam to the top left but that has been cut out. Little risk but will give it a try not the first time i delt with contams.
This is of my humidity gauge/temp(s) gauge. It says hi when it hit 90% - 95% and from there registers all 000's when it ihits 100% so its in a good range.
This is another pic of my humidifier / air exchanger. If you have questions ask away.
this is the fan on the side of the glove box. It has a 9 volt power supply. Old power pack i had laying around.
I use these to start the pinning. Don't ask just do. Its the area i live in and the people i have living with me. They can't seem to keep there hands off my shit.
these are at all differnet stages. Same pic as before but of the whole inside not just the three.
one is just fresh air and the other is the humid air.
This is the bubble i bought at wally world (wal-mart). $7 has to outputs and works really well up to 60 gallon tanks. Its works
If you have any thought let me know. I said that i would be posting some pics so i did.
Another thing. The grow chamber is a 106qt tote with lid and the glove box is a 60qt tote with lid still wanna add the plexiglass top but havn't yet. I have the plexiglass just got really lazy.....lol

that glove box will ruin your projects.
it needs to be STILL AIR.
if not, you need a top notch HEPA running positive pressure,
even then it doesn't work well.
STILL AIR!, no fans.

It does if you do it right.
 
I've left slants in mine , with the fan on , for 6 hours . Nothing grew in the slants .
Don't tell peeps something won't work . If built right , it works just fine . Granted , I use it as a still box %80 of the time , but it still works the other %20 . 
Been using it for 2 years now and I manage to get a crop every now and then

where's his HEPA?
how can you tell me his box will work?
it won't.
yours appears to be built correctly for positive pressure.
his does not.

I didn't mean his in particular , or your response , in particular . I'm refering to all the answers of ," It doesn't work , use still air ."
While still air is probably most all will need in a glovebox , posi flow can work . I use mine when I do G2G's , saves me hours in time .

Its a vacuum chamber by the way. I will see if it works or not. Vaccums when stalled create stalled air. Which should settle any sediments or contams in the air.

Agreed - this is a really good read if you want to do some serious study.
I don't think there is anything 'new' or 'groundbreaking' being done by lots of people at the shroomery that hasnt already been done for years and years.
And I agree with Hippiechick - if you knew how to germinate spores and fruit them under your bed, then you must know the basics - but I HIGHLY doubt you managed to colonise jars without sterilising them first....

Hippie chick,what do you use for air exchange and what do you use to humidify that mini greenhouse ?? Do you run a cool mist inside it or did you have to modify something somehow like you would with a Martha. I would like to set one up asap

I use one cool mist per green house . This more then satifies all my Humidity and FAE needs . I have mine outside . I don't like to give up valuable fruiting space for a cool mist . I make sure to use at least two 3/4" PVC connectors per cool mist . This aleviates the back pressure problem and I've been using the same 2 used cool mists for over 6 months now .

Sterilising was done but i never worried about contams in the air, or anything like that. The subtrates were sterilized. We baked all of the subtrates we made instead of steaming or using a PC. Which i found i like alot better by the way. Steaming anyways. To cheap to buy a PC right now.
You know there sounds like there are a few people who dout me a little. I think I will have to make a grow log the way that I use to cultivate shrooms. That will be my little project. I will add it after the whole process has been completed picture by picture. This way you know how my dad and I use to grow. Maybe people would stop asking questions or say that i havn't done this before. I will keep you posted on that.

I do have to say hat my glove box works quite well. I inculated 40 subtrate jars and only had 1 contam. lettin you all know.
