Very much. I have recommended it often. Many people don't want to take control of their lives :frown:and be responsible. This book will empower you to do so if you choose. It helped me very much at one time in my life. I still use the body scan in times of great stress. The book really goes into how you create your experience. It's really a powerful book.

Ahhh, if it would only be that easy... human brain is a such complicated "machine" that most of the times you're not beng aware of what you're driving yourself into

All this time I've loved you
And never known your face
All this time I've missed you
And searched this human race
Here is true peace
Here my heart knows calm
Safe in your soul
Bathed in your sighs

I once thought I was going to think myself insane. I was questioning everything, anylizing everything, and could not keep my thoughts contained.

Then I relized that thinking I would go insane was a silly idea. I was already insane

When you go insane, I dont think you know it.  You are safe.

Why is it such common knowledge that an insane person doesn't know their insane is there any truth behind this? I wouldn't be surprised it the suspected something wasn't going right upstairs but just neglected to tell anyone. Does a retarded person know their retarded/handicapped i think so.

Total abstinence is so excellent a thing that it cannot be carried to too great an extent. In my passion for it I even carry it so far as to totally abstain from total abstinence itself.
