I used to ride tons as a really young kid...spent a lot of time on a big farm in saskatchewan during the summers. The last time I remember riding though was for a grade 7 end of the school year trip to 108 resort.

Pretty cool place, even if you aren't into riding horses. Anyhow, that was a decade ago and I decided to make a trip there this past week. I rode horses everday...and god did I forget how much I enjoyed it. Horses are so smart though, I love just spending time with them. If anyone goes there ever, I recommend on riding Shaker.
Who here loves it? Anyone with a lot of experience?

I do....rode one a couple times when I was little kid; they scared me at the time though because I was so small. I have an obssession with medival fantasy shit. I'd love to be a lord, living in a castle, wearing armor, surcoat, cloak....sweet ass sword and dagger & and riding horses around with all my knights and shit. We should start a medival community somewhere out in the middle of nowhere, where no one will fuck with us. I get to be king cause it's my idea.   Seriously though, it'll be sweet...free LSD for everyone!
Back to the topic, I don't know if any of you have been to Sunshine Daydream in WV, but they have horses (and wolves!) there. Watching people riding them through the festival campgrounds at Jerry's was fucking awesome.

haha that's sweet man. I dunno, i'm not one for all the heavy armor...seems like a lot of work putting it on and even walking around in it.

That's to bad. Horses are VERY expensive friends to have around, that's for sure. I definetely want some land to own a couple one day.

Horses are pretty sweet animals. Im too allergic to be around them though. If I hang around them for too long my eyes will literaly get swollen shut and I get severe asthma attacks. But cools animals indeed

Used to own race horses, but I never rode. I remeber going to the racing track when I was like, 8 years old and getting my parents to place bets for me. Think my biggest winning was around $68 bucks, not bad for an 8yr old
