Whats with my agar plate

Ok, I've started my very first growing adventure and I have one question I hope some of you can answer.

Now I inoculated my agar with spores from a spore print. The weird thing is its been 3 days now and I only see very tiny white dots. But these dots don't appear to have started where I swabbed the agar with the spores. They are spaced far apart. Is this mold? Are my agar dishes doomed? Or did the spores spread threw the air on transfer causing their dispersed growing?

Oh, and how long should it take before I see some real growth spurts in an agar dish? Its been 3 days and I only have these tiny tiny tiny white dots.
