rye cake can fruit alone ?

Hi,
I've 2 colonised rye jars, can I put them directly in the fruiting chamber ? I know it's better to case but It's my first run and I'de like to make differents tries

Yes you can put the cakes into the fruiting chamber.
You don't have to case them.

Try casing later.
