It's super good, but you do need some patience. Just like with Moby Dick, for example.

It’s about the lives and teachings of 12 enlightened people-Jesus,Buddha,Zoroaster being 3 of the 12 people mentioned. I’m actually rereading this one since I read it 15 years ago and I hardly remember anything

Malcome Gladwell's The Tipping Point, it's good so far. I am only 4 chapters deep but it's about how little things can go onto make a big change.

I'm reading this also and am almost finished.
The book helps me understand an aspect of my play events at the local farmers market on Saturdays. I show up to a large lawn area in a park adjacent to the market. I bring a wide variety of different colored balls & flying rings & ribbon streamers. Kids and families gradually join me in the fun and games - and at a certain point (the tipping point) the activity reaches critical mass. The energy of the crowd suddenly increases and the interest in playing reaches what could be called viral. At this point, the fun appears to be nearly irresistible to many people. I've experienced this phenomenon many times and now I understand it better.
