Reading this at the moment.

It goes about it as a conversation between Einstein, Newton, and a present day physicists. Very interesting take on the subject, but makes it very easy to get the ideas across.

finished Crime and Punishment. awesome in too many ways to describe, off-hand.
already mulled over it enough. just finished reading Capitol of the World by Hemingway. like Francais Macomber, it was very ardent, and harrowing in the end, but also very forgiving too.
now i am gonna start Moby Dick by Herman Melville.

Authored by Robert Maynard Hutchins in the first volume and the other author in the second volume is Mortimer J. Adler.

Dad bought me that one but I never got very far into it. I should try again someday.

Dad gave me that one too, I enjoyed it.
I just started Atlas Shrugged by Ayne Rand. That woman was pure genius. Like many great authors (Aldous Huxley was great at this), she understands the way vastly different people's personalities function. I walked into my local secondhand bookshop and it's the first book I saw. I' been wanting to get it because I knew it was a big influence on Bioshock.

You should definitely start on Dune. I cannot put this damn book down! Not too big on Ayne Rand. But love Huxley's works!
I also got Siddhartha from my father. what a coincidence
