It's out of print, but you can find it on Amazon, I believe. It's quite long, but it's very well documented and a very good read.
THANK YOU for this recommendation, the information is phenomenal and a pleasure to read.

Cantrell's genius is impressive. One of the sharpest minds of our time IMO.

Ahhh, glad to hear someone else actually finished it. I've recommended that book to quite a few people, and you're the first, I know of, anyway, that has actually finished it.. or even commented about it. I suppose a lot of others just get discouraged when they see the size of it. But anyway, glad to hear you enjoyed it.
-------------------- A human being is part of a whole, called by us, the "Universe", a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Crime and Punishment - Dostoevsky
Excellent in a good translation. The Wordsworth Classics translation is junk.

Flow My Tears the Policeman Said by Philip K. Dick. Not bad so far. I'm expecting the last 50 pages or so to tie it all together.
How was The Man In The High Castle, OMR? I'm pretty interested in reading more of his stuff.

The Man in the High Castle was quite good. Other Dick books I highly recommend are
Time Out of Joint The Man Who Japed Clans of the Alphane Moon

VALIS is probably the most psychotic story I've ever absorbed. If I wasn't insane before reading it, I certainly am now.

I agree.
Plus, Dick mentions RAW's Cosmic Trigger in the story. Cool.

I finished _Flow My Tears_ a couple of days ago. Good stuff. Haven't started on another yet, but I'm planning on reading _Invisible Monsters_ by Chuck Palahniuk next.
