Finished Concrete Island a while ago - interesting read, bit dry though. All British and metaphorical and what not...
H.P. Lovecraft's a delight.
I love reading his struggle with writing dialog though. It's great.

The chemistry of conscious states by Allan Hobson - It was great.
For my South African class: Country of My Skull by Antjie Something-or-other. Good book about the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in post-apartheid South Africa. Really shows you how fucked up some people can be and how good others can be.
The Smell of Apples by Mark Behr I think. Story of a white family in apartheid SA. It was ok. Interesting writing style.

I just finished reading The Man in the High Castle a few minutes ago.
Next up, a textbook called Drugs and Drug Policy: The Control of Consciousness Alteration.
