yellow spot on BRF cake (with coffee)

Iv got a 1 pint pf cake (hydrated with 50% strength coffee) colonising with panaeolus cyanescens and think i may have a contam. Its kind of circular in growth and is a yellow/brown colour which looks like 'Aspergillus flavus'. Is this known to contam cakes?
Im dont think this would show up on my camera so no pics for now.

This is the best i could get:

It doesnt seem to have grown any bigger if what it is, is 'growing'

Any thoughts?

It may be normal. Just keep an eye on it and give an update in a few days. Copes do tend to form some strange, thick growths from time to time. It may be one of those developing.
