Cake for a Change

Alright so I've dumped all my jars into casings thus far,
with that going well, I'm now trying to have a little change in my
design and throw some of these jars into a cake FC,
I know there are tons of designs, just looking for a few nice ones if
you can spare the time to link me or such.
Doing about a dozen pints and next week maybe I'll birth a dozen
quarts as well as cakes.
..
mainly I'm looking to see if there is any special outside of a
fishtank and keeping my humidity up a bit higher?
Thanks for any feedback-

Definitely not going to invest in making a PMP just to toss around some cakes..
but thank you.

Well, as I asked up there,
am I pretty much looking to just keep my humidity level high?
Are there any other cakes dealings I'm going to miss out on?

Well...
I just birthed my first cake which is now dunking.
I plan on using a small 2 gallon bucket with an inverted ziplock bowl epoxyed througha hole on the lid (for the slant/drip shield). I'm adding 3 inches of wet perilite, placing the rolled cake on it's lid and in it goes. I'll fan it 4 times a day and unless there is a humidity or contam issue, I won't spray/mist. The only other thing I'm adding is a cheap petmart humidity meter.
I based it on the this TEK - http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/7919
Quote:
The Fruiting Chamber (Terrarium) Many different things can be used for a fruiting chamber, including camping coolers, aquariums, and large plastic containers (Rubbermaid brand or similar containers work great). The fruiting chamber must be at least 6-8" (15-20cm) tall, and have enough floor space for the cakes to be arranged with at least 1" (2.5cm) of free space on all sides. Spread the cakes out as much as possible so that the mushrooms have room to grow. If the chamber is much too tall or too large, it may be difficult to keep the humidity high enough. The bottom of the chamber must be able to contain water, and the lid must be somewhat airtight in order to keep the humidity inside high. Light must be able to shine into the terrarium. If you are using a cooler or non-transparent plastic container, you will need to cut a window into the top of it and seal it with some sort of transparent material so that light can get in but humidity can’t get out. For this reason, glass aquariums make very nice fruiting chambers if they are kept at the right temperature range.
And the Poor Man's Terrarium - http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/3372
I'm also just playing with cakes and simple small stealthy terrariums. I already have an ultrasonic cooler sized terrarium and I just got back with what I will call a 1/2 sized martha ready to get set up.
You could also try the Sphagnum Moss Tek: http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/7929
I'm not going to do that with my very first cake, but I plan to try it with a few others later. I was able to get hand cleaned New Zealand Sphagnum Moss (looks like rope and nothing like the messy and half decomposed versions of Sphagnum Moss you usually see). I did pack it in a dry pint jar and PC for 2 hour though, for then I'm ready.

There are vibrational strings in each and every atom containing infinite realities, universes, and dimensions. Multidimensional beings and entities are RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!! Only gravity and mental energy can pass through these different atomic branes and mushrooms can break the mental/spiritual membranes separating one reality from the other. TAKE A LOOK!
