Karo Water tek....Why it no working....?

Okay....I nuke for about 5 mins- 5-10% karo syrup or honey... 90-95% DH20.
Inject with spore water ...being CLEAN the entire time.....
In about a week I should have mycelium water ......correct?
I have tried this a whole buncha times and just ended up with honey water with spores floating aroung in it....WTF....?

Use "dextrose" & "dry light malt', nuke, filter w/coffee filter paper, nuke again. Inoc, be patient & watch. You should get growth. If not, your temp & air exchange are off. PS, coffee filters will work as a jar filter. They are fragile, though. SixTango -- out

bad j james, do you allow your karo water spore mix , to incubate in darkness at 75-80 f degrees for at least a week maybe 2 weeks.....it should werk have done it..............peace
