Go to your START button,
Go to FIND
Go to Files or Folders...

Do a search for COOKIES

You'll see 2-3 folders named COOKIES, delete everything in all the folders.

Then do a search for TEMP

You'll see a temp folder in your Temporary Internet Files folder, delete everything in there too.

I had link for a small program that got rid of ad-ware, can't seem to find it. Can anyone post a link?

Ad-Aware is a cool program that searches your drive and registry for spyware components. Plus it's free.

As far as cookies, there are tons of freeware/shareware apps on the web. Go to www.tucows.com or www.hotfiles.com and do a search.

Is the glass half-full or half-empty? I say it is both.
