i research my drugs allot before i use them and I'm now on LSD-25 and I'm looking for personal physical/psychological damage and i cant find any. My brother mentioned something called a "per mi trip" that happened to a kid he knew and he became a paralyzed from the waist down but with all my research i cant find anything about a "per mi trip" yet.
i myself have not done real LSD but want to. could anyone please tell me if they have noticed any physical/psychological differences before and after.
please do not respond if you do not intend to give valid information
thanks allot fellow shroomers

LSD has no physical side effects.
extremely rare chances of physical complications if you may have a weak heart, or epillepsy perhaps.
possible HPPD = things seem trippy for a long time after taking the drug.
and rare chances of flashbacks of the trip.
then you have mental risks for journeying into deep waters, obviously. but physical no.
as long as its LSD.

So I imagine you've checked out Erowid's LSD page already, correct?

Depends on what you mean by damage, but generally, LSD is one of the more physically forgiving substances.

You mean "permatrip" or a "permanent trip". It's most likely bullshit, though, there is a condition known as HPPD thought to affect some 3% of the psychedelic community which can cause lasting visuals and other perceptions. As I understand it, most thumbprinters definately have a form of HPPD, but I may be reading too much into things I've read and heard.

What fake LSD have you done? o_O

Several people could, I'm sure. There's sometimes spiritual differences, as well, are you interested in those?

Even with the best intentions, people can still give you invalid information.

that doesn't mean it wasn't LSD, it could have been weak hits afterall.
all i know is what i read but they say if it doesn't taste real bitter it's probably LSD, or nothing at all.
this also doesn't mean to take more than 2 hits of anything you got next, because 1 hit of good acid could be stronger than 10 hits of what you had before.

William Blake said: "If the doors of perception were cleansed, every thing would appear to man as it is: infinite."
I believe LSD is a tool for realizing this. A full-blown LSD experience has the potential to change your perception for the rest of your life. As far as physical changes, I don't believe there is any scientific evidence for that. Don't buy into the urban myths such as the one you mention (LSD-induced paralysis from the waste down). Gimme a break. And the idea of a "permi trip" (permanent trip) is so ridiculous because, upon ingestion, LSD is gone from your system in a very short amount of time.
Sure, there are lots of people with mental disorders (schizophrenics for example) that shouldn't touch the stuff. LSD could probably trigger some underlying psychological disorder (thus the myth of the "permi trip") but for most grounded individuals that are in the right mindset and in a comfortable physical setting LSD can offer a glimpse into the divine. During a few heavy trips all I could do was cry tears of joy because what I was experiencing was so blissful and awe-inspiring. It was like heaven fell from the sky.
LSD has stood the test of time, meaning that there is no evidence (as far as I'm aware) of LSD having negative long-term effects on the user. My advice is to approach it with the least possible amount of fear or hesitation and you will be amazed at what it can show you. As long as you are in a good minset from the get-go and you are in a comfortable and safe environment with people you trust, you are gold.
