All young Trichocereus seedlings have spines that long. San Pedro is a redundant name for a short spined variety cloned and sold in USA. You can have a batch of seeds and get many different looking plants, some with long spines some short but the true features will not show until you get them in sunlight and allow them to mature.
You simply cannot replicate a 'San Pedro' plant by growing from 'T pachanoi' seed. To create seed you need 2 different plants (say a short spined and a long spined plant) to fertilise each other usually the long spined traits are most dominant in the next generation. blah blah hope that makes sense

Time for an update!
1.5 years have passed since I sowed the seeds.
I didn't treat them well the last few months so they didn't grow as much as they could have, they are still alive though. I place them in little pots. There is not much sunlight coming in my room because it's at the north side of the house and there are large trees outside blocking the sun. I can put them outside but I'm scared they will burn in the sun there. 9 of the 24 seeds have become real cacti
Here are some pictures I made today:

I'm not sure if you can see the size of the seedlings in my pictures, but they are only about 1.5inch high.

They seemed a bit larger.Either way, mine are still nowhere near that size.
They are still the size they were when they first sprouted.I didnt sterilize the soil before hand.Maybe this has something to do with it?

Very nice annom! Mine are just about as old as yours, if not a little older. Only one of them is the size of yours, with all the others just a little bit behind. There's a recent thread with pics. Growing from seed is the only way to grow.

Have you thought about grafting any of them?

It will support it for a season or 2.
12" or so but maybe more if it doesn't get top heavy or has support.
