I'm bringing my diet to an end.

Well I think I'll call this diet a success. All I did was eat less, and eat healthier, while drinking a lot of water. Every time I saw someone who hadn't regularly seen me in the past month has told me, "Holy crap man, you definitely lost weight."
I think I've accomplished what I set out to do, and I'm going to incorporate some slightly less nutritious foods into my diet again. Now that I have the discipline, I feel I can eat those foods in moderation and still maintain my current weight.

Fucking wicked, dude. If I could, I'd pat you on the back. Not overexaggerating at all, that's a good accomplishment and you should feel very proud of yourself, sir.
As far as incorporating less than healthy foods, all in moderation. Find out what your base caloric intake is and just focus on that more or less. No need to count every single calorie and macronutrient. You'll be able to recognize what foods are good and bad, keep a steady diet and offer yourself a healthy allowance. It feels great knowing that any time you want to eat something naughty, you can just go for it.
Good stuff, man.

I think you should stick to it. Do your best. Exercise is the key to losing weight though.

When I can afford the gym I'll defnintely go. I don't like running but I love a good workout. Thanks for the kind words too, I am very proud of myself, as I've always been chunky. Never FAT but I was still uncomfortable. It's a really positive feeling when you reach a weight you're content with.

How much weight did you lose?
Be careful now though to not get too much back into the old habbits, since your body now needs less energy than when you were bigger.

I lost betweeen 21-28 lbs depending on what scale I use lol. I still have the muscles though, I guess that's why it's not lower. About half that was lost from my diet, the other from obtaining my newest job.
