Azurescen LC?

Well, most people's azurescen tek's seems to indicate that agar is the top choice to start out azurescens with, but I was wondering if anyone has tried a standard LC (karo or honey water) with azurescen spores? I don't see any particular reason that this wouldn't work, but I'm not really experienced either.

I have one works excellent BTW. I just haven't got around to posting it yet. So heres a rough idea simmer your wood chips for 2 hrs. then drain the chips and save the broth, then strain the broth as this is important in reducing chances for contamination. I then add 1 TBS. per qt. karo to this broth and PC 20min. at 15psi. I then PC the chips in half gal. jars for 2 hrs. in the mean time. Once cooled I scrape spores into the LC as quickly as possible keeping exposure time to a minimum this then goes on the stirrer on real low. In a week to ten days there will be a nice culture going ready for use. I then simply shootup however many jars I have at the time using roughly 10-20cc's per half gal. jar. 100% success. I love this as it skips a couple of time consuming steps and is quite simple and efficient. Once chips are fully colonized they are resistant to contams and can be transferred out into the OD beds.
