The cost of leeching poo

I have access to a pretty much unlimited supply of horse poo, mostly thuroughbreds and racers - so I KNOW the poo is good. But it needs to be aged. Everything they have that is more than a day or two old gets carted off to some of the local farms, so if I get it its pretty much got to be abesolutely fresh. Since I live outside a city, there aren't too many horse farms to find either. So, I'm going to have to age it myself.
Now, my question is this: approximately how much is lost when you leech hpoo? Suppose I'd start with 10 cubic feet of fresh manure, approximately how much would be left after a month or so of leeching, followed by pasteurization?
I'm planning on doing 12 qt jars of WBS along with 2 pf jars that I'm gonna crumble up and mix in with the rest of the spawn. I was planning on doing 3 jars per strain, with 4 strains, plus the 2 other half pint pf jars, all in 4 different trays. I'm just trying to get a general idea of how much I need when I go to the farm. I don't really have a limit since my friend is their head riding instructor, but like I said, its normally pretty fresh.
Thanks guys!

You wont really lose any volume, but you'll lose weight (if leeched until dry).

Ok, so basically just grab about the folume I'd need to start, and go from there?
Also, how long does horse poo last if it hasn't been pasteurized? Or if I would get more and pasteurize it, how long would it last?

Yeah, basically what you grab is what you get in the end--minus a bit of weight. Pasteurized manure lasts a couple months, but dried manure lasts years from what I can tell. Just fired up a year old bag of dried manure and it worked just like the day it was done leeching.
IF you are going to store it long term, it better be absolutely dry, or mold/rot ensues.

If frozen it could last for years and years.
If not, it may last for months.
Tenn Stud has a reputation of lasting very long.

Aight.. I'm thinking I might get double/triple what I need just to make sure I have my needs covered for a few more grows like the upcoming one. Now to find a tub that big, lol.
Does the weather slowly getting cooler as summer winds down have an effect on the leeching of poo? Does it need exposure to the hot sun? Or will it leech just as well? I'm mostly worried about the possibility of first frost hitting before its done, and I don't want that to do any damage since I am going to be aging it on another friend's farm until I can use it (where I won't have immediate access to it).

It's not that important, just make sure the pile gets exposed to sun/rain/whatever and turned a few times.
