Myco bag help

What techniques are used with the myco bags with best results? Is there a faq or other methodology posted? What formulas to use? What sterilization time? Amount of innoculate?

MycoBags arrive filled with sterilized substrate. You need to inject roughly 2.5CCs of spore solution and incubate at 86 degrees untill fully colonized and then give it some light so it can pin. I believe you acuitally cut open the bag when it comes time to harvest.
