LC thickness - strain isolate VS multispore

I understand isolating an aggressive cube strain on agar and transferring that to a Karo or malt/dex solution would give you a superior and faster growing liquid culture but does that necessarily mean you get a thicker lc or will a multispore lc end up just as thick?

LC consistency most often depends on the nutrients in solution, gas exchange, gas volume inside the container, and if you use a stir plate (or something similar).
