would a crock pot work for sterilizing pf jars?

not all crock pots boil water.  if yours does, and sustains a boil, then yes, perhaps it would work.  they usually cook at lower temperatures... so my apologies for making the assumption if yours does get up to higher temps.  i know mine doesn't boil.  some use them for pasteurization due to the lower temps, they can be handy for that.  pasteurization isn't what you want for jars.  but again if it really does boil and sustains a boil, it might just be ok.
