thermostat, humidity, and, casing questions?

Where can I get one of them things that I can plug something into and have it turn on and off when a certain temp is reached?
Do they make one of these for humidity too?
I am about to start doing casings because the 100 cakes I have going in a martha is out of hand, so I am wondering what a better method for casings would be for BRF method?

i have the one Tippinthru linked. it works well. i use it in a fairly small container(18 gal. rubbermaid). i did have to use a thermometer in conjunction for the first few days to get the temp just right.

they have 'em for humidity... they've been cleverly named "humidistats" they're expensive though. and most are designed for use in greenhouses with plants, so they only have settings that go up to 80% or so. you're better off putting your humidifier on a timer and tweaking it until it keeps you in appropriate ranges.
marthas are horrible for cakes too... its pretty hard to keep such a large area at 100% humidity that cakes need to thrive. guess you missed that in the fine print so yeah, i'd look into bulk spawning, and casing asap. you can still make up brf cakes if that's what you prefer, then crumble them up, and they make nice cases when used alone, or a fine spawn to inoculate bulk substrates with
