Hello,
I'm using pavlovs dog's hpoo tek as outlined by Roadkill. I was wondering once spawned, how long (if conditions are optimal) should it take before it is time to initiate pinning assuming I am not going to use a casing layer? Input appreciated. Thx!

Well, If I am doing it as outlined by roadkill then I am using an aluminum bread pan w/ 3-4" of HP and one 1/2 pint PF. Actually, I am using 1.5 - Two 1/2 pint PF's... so I'm guessing about a week. I was just wondering if anyone who had tried the method could give me a better idea. Thx for the imput tho.

Nevermind, I found the other tek (under Grow Log in the archives) with additional pictures. It's better than the one in the archive under Substrates. I also discovered in someone elses post that if you plan to fruit without a casing layer then the poo will need 95-100% humidity just like a cake. That makes sense.
