Concerning with Temp ranges

Hello all. I just have some concerns I would like to get rid of. First off my jars are done inoculating (did it last night), mind you that there is no tyvek under the lid but i do have a polyfill lid (1/4" hole) and a coffee filter covering the top and secured with a rubber band. The place they are resting at is my one "cleaned" out closet. I took the time to clean it out, wiping it down, mopping the floor and spraying it with Lysol. I put my thermostat in there and it is reading about 83. And I know that the temp is a little higher than that in the jars. So I opened up my closet door so some cold air can get in. I did cover my TiT with a blanket so that the jars are not introduced to light just yet. Any suggestions to bring down the temp a little, maybe a fan? Or is 83 an ok temp. And I know it's not the aquarium heater because it is only at 78F, plus the water kinda feels cool anyway. The strain I'm using is Mexi-Cube, don't know if this makes a difference but help to cool down these jars a little would be appreciated.

cool. My TiT is about 83-83F. It's around there constantly. But doesnt the jars add a few more degrees? Shouldn't I worry about that if my temp is a 83?
